Privacy Policy — AfterRing

Who we are. AfterRing is a missed-call text-back service operated by Dunna Digital LLC ("we," "us"), Atlanta, Georgia. This policy covers the AfterRing website and service.

Information we collect. (1) Account information from business customers: name, email, business name, phone numbers, and billing details (payment cards are processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers). (2) Communications data processed on behalf of our business customers: caller phone numbers, call metadata (time, duration, outcome), voicemail recordings and their transcriptions, and the content of SMS conversations between businesses and their customers. (3) Usage data: standard logs and analytics about how the service is used.

How we use it. To provide the service (routing calls, sending text-backs, displaying conversations to the business you contacted), to bill our customers, to secure and improve the service, and to send service-related email to account holders.

Text messaging. If you call a business that uses AfterRing and your call is not answered, you may receive an SMS reply from that business's number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently.

Sharing. We share data only with the service providers required to operate AfterRing (telecommunications carriage via Twilio, payments via Stripe, cloud hosting and email delivery), each bound to use it solely to provide services to us. We do not sell personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Retention. Communications data is retained while the related business account is active and deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after account closure, except where retention is required by law.

Security. Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by role, and communications data is isolated per business account.

Your choices. Text STOP to any AfterRing-powered number to stop receiving messages from that business. Business customers may access, export, or request deletion of their account data by contacting us. If you are a caller and want your information removed, contact us and we will work with the relevant business to honor the request where legally possible.

Children. AfterRing is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes. We'll post updates here with a revised date.
