Terms of Service — AfterRing

1. The service. AfterRing provides business phone numbers, call forwarding, missed-call SMS auto-replies, two-way business texting, and related dashboards, operated by Dunna Digital LLC ("AfterRing," "we").
2. Accounts. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. One business per account unless otherwise agreed.
3. Acceptable use. You may use AfterRing only for lawful business communication with people who have contacted your business. You may not use the service for marketing broadcasts, cold outreach, spam, or any messaging that violates the TCPA, CTIA guidelines, carrier policies, or applicable law. You are responsible for the content of messages you send. We honor STOP requests automatically and you must not attempt to circumvent them. We may suspend accounts engaged in prohibited messaging.
4. Phone numbers. Numbers are provisioned for your use while your subscription is active. If your subscription ends, numbers may be released after 14 days. Porting requests are handled case-by-case.
5. Billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe after a 14-day free trial (card required). Cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Service quality. We depend on third-party carriers and platforms; we do not guarantee that every call, text, recording, or transcription will be delivered, accurate, or uninterrupted. Transcriptions are automated and may contain errors.
7. Disclaimers & liability. The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
8. Termination. You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.
9. Governing law. Georgia, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
